Aunque es un hotel de 5 estrellas, personalmente lo considero un hotel de 4 estrellas. El personal es muy amable y servicial, lo cual fue una buena experiencia, pero bajé mi calificación porque varios empleados insistieron repetidamente en que mencionara sus nombres en las reseñas del sitio web. En la página de Trip, el plan incluía desayuno y cena, pero al llegar al hotel, me informaron que solo estaba incluido el desayuno, por lo que tuve que pagar la cena por separado. La habitación tiene un tamaño adecuado para una persona que viaja sola, pero creo que habría sido mejor si hubieran incluido un cepillo de dientes como parte de las comodidades. La piscina es muy relajante y fue una experiencia agradable. La ubicación es muy conveniente ya que el hotel está conectado directamente con un centro comercial. El restaurante es tipo buffet, con cocina internacional en el desayuno y cocina árabe en la cena. Arigatou gozaimasu 😁😁😁😁

The hotel is showing its age, and it definitely needs some renovations. There were ongoing works on the floor where we stayed, which made the stay less comfortable. Service was not great either — staff seemed unaware of 訂房網站.com as a booking site, which caused some inconvenience during check-in. Overall, not the best experience, and I wouldn’t choose this hotel again unless improvements are made.

Visited Abu Dgabi in May 2025 and stayed in this hotel for three nights. Had an excellent experience with the beautiful city of Abu Dhabi, excellent hotel, and nice people in the hotel and in the streets. My special thanks should go to Rose in the Reception Desk,who met practically all our needs. I also wanted to thank the Manager who tried his best to find solutions to solving the problem of our electric adapter by sending a thoughtful technician.
